ForM Exhibition 2019
I had to search harder for nature there,
finding only corners of myself among its scarcity
It let me see what her absence truly looks like
and the devastation that harbours for me.

In 2019, "Cuckoo", was selected as part of the ForM Exhibition in Bangor Castle's Walled Garden.
This piece reflects my fascination with oval forms and is both literal and reflective of the fact that our gardens are more than just places of recreation and relaxation. They are also living ecosystems that play a part in the greater well being of the world around us.
I am delighted to say that the piece has now winged its way to a new home in Scotland.
